• It’s official: garbage=art.

• L.A. County wants artists to buff graffiti murals in the L.A. riverbed that it originally gave them permission to paint. In January, the L.A. Weekly reported that this was because one county supervisor was super P.O.’d that one of the murals showed nipple.
