		<description>Whenever I see the Japanese Pavilion, I just think post-Planet of the Apes architecture.  I love that building.

Part of the awesomeness of LACMA is that it&#039;s basically a hodgepodge of questionable architecture (and I mean that in the best, most lovingly kitschy way) on top of a tar pit.  The whole place is architecturally lowbrow.</description>
